We want you to enjoy your Sophia Mari Luxe Footwear to the fullest. Our shoes are made of genuine leather unless otherwise stated as vegan or textile. Newly received selections will need some breaking in, they should never cause discomfort.

We guarantee that all of our shoes adhere to the specifications described on our website. Since our footwear is custom-made, minor variations and imperfections are inherent and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

If, upon delivery, you find any defects or discrepancies with your order, you may return the shoes within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn. Upon receiving your return, we will issue a refund for the purchase price minus relative fees as applicable.

Please note that a restocking fee of $45 will be deducted from your refund, given the unique nature of our custom-made-to-order footwear.

In a case where your purchased selection does not fit as expected please contact us. If the selection is the size you requested, please measure your feet and contact us through our website. After you return the selection unused we will send a replacement. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, and we will guide you through the exchange process. However, the $45 restocking fee will also apply upon the return and receiving of the footwear in an unworn state.
Sophia Mari Luxe Footwear shall not be held liable for purchases that have been successfully delivered by the selected carrier to the respective area of delivery.
