How Long will it take for my shoes to be delivered?
Thank you for your purchase! We are excited to let you know that your shoes will be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks. To ensure a perfect fit, we kindly ask you to measure your foot size prior to ordering. Please order your actual size. Please keep in mind that leather stretches, so we want to make sure your shoes fit comfortably. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Do you offer same day delivery?
At this time, we do not offer same-day or next-day delivery. Our footwear is made to order. However, we understand the importance of timely delivery and are actively working towards offering this service in the future.

What is your return policy?
We want you to enjoy your Sophia Mari Luxe Footwear to the fullest. Our shoes are made of genuine leather unless otherwise stated as vegan or textile. Newly received selections will need some breaking in, they should never cause discomfort.
We guarantee that all of our shoes adhere to the specifications described on our website. Since our footwear is custom-made, minor variations and imperfections are inherent and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
If, upon delivery, you find any defects or discrepancies with your order, you may return the shoes within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn. Upon receiving your unworn return, we will issue a refund for the purchase price.
In a case where your purchased selection does not fit as expected and you require a replacement please contact us. If the selection is the size you requested, please measure your feet and contact us through our website. We will send you a return label. After you return the product unused we will send a replacement. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, and we will guide you through the exchange process.
